Merlin, part of Mitchells & Butlers, is seeking a Deputy Manager to support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the site and to inspire the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience as Deputy Manager or senior supervisor in hospitality
• Proven ability to train and inspire teams
• Strong guest-focused hospitality mindset
• Ability to work with targets

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in day-to-day operations
• Train and inspire the team to deliver high-quality food, drink, and service
• Model behavior and guide development within the team
