The Crown Tavern in London is looking for a Deputy Manager to support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the pub, lead by example, and help create a warm, memorable guest experience. You will train and coach the team, drive service standards, and push to meet business targets, while enjoying Mitchells & Butlers benefits including discounts, pension, holidays, and employee shares.

Job description

As Deputy Manager at the Crown Tavern, you’ll support the General Manager to lead a successful site. You’ll use your experience to inspire team members, and work together to provide guests with an experience they won’t forget.
