Job summary

Marston's PLC in Tipton is seeking a Deputy Manager for the Gospel Oak pub to lead the team and deliver memorable guest experiences. You will step in for the General Manager when needed and drive performance, ensuring outstanding service and smooth operations.

You'll bring proven Deputy/Assistant Manager experience in a branded pub setting, motivate staff on every shift, and uphold the values that make Marston's pubs a community hub.

Qualifications

• Experience in a like-for-like Assistant/Deputy Manager role in a pub/ branded environment.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills for a pub team.
• Customer service oriented with a passion for doing the right thing for guests.

As Deputy Manager you'll: Be part of the pub management team, stepping up when the General Manager isn't around.
