Job summary

Marston's PLC in the United Kingdom is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our pub management team. You will lead from the front, stepping up for the General Manager when needed and inspiring your team to deliver memorable guest experiences.

With 30 hours per week and a performance-based bonus, this role offers flexible, part-time hours and real opportunities to progress to a General Manager position, supported by our development programmes and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Assistant/Deputy Manager in a similar or branded pub environment
• Ability to lead and motivate a pub team and step up for GM when needed
• A passion for delivering memorable guest experiences

As an Assistant Manager you'll: Be part of the pub management team, stepping up when the General Manager isn't around. With a passion for leading and motivating others, you'll lead from the front to create memorable experiences that gets our guests coming back for more.

• Support the GM in achieving financial and business KPI's

• Be passionate about doing the right thing for your team and guests
• Be accountable for the successful operation of the pub when deputising for the GM
• Bring previous experience in a like-for-like Assistant/ Deputy Manager role in a similar/ branded environment
