Job summary

Marston’s Gospel Oak in Tipton is seeking a Deputy Manager to join our team and lead from the front, ensuring memorable guest experiences while supporting the General Manager with financial targets and day-to-day operations. You’ll motivate the team across shifts, uphold standards, and step in when the GM isn’t present.

You’ll bring prior Deputy/Assistant management experience in a like-for-like branded pub, and you’ll be part of a lively, people-first company that rewards performance and offers

Qualifications

• Experience leading a pub team or hospitality frontline management.
• Ability to drive KPIs and financial performance.
• Proven track record in a branded pub environment.
