Job summary

Marston's PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our pub management team in Ipswich. You will step up when the General Manager isn't around and lead from the front to create memorable experiences that keep guests coming back for more.

You will support the GM in achieving KPIs, inspire the pub team on every shift, and be accountable for the operation when deputising. Prior experience as an Assistant/Deputy Manager in a branded environment is preferred.

As an Assistant Manager you'll: Be part of the pub management team, stepping up when the General Manager isn't around. With a passion for leading and motivating others, you'll lead from the front to create memorable experiences that gets our guests coming back for more.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the GM in achieving financial and business KPI's
• Inspire and motivate your pub team on every shift
• Be passionate about doing the right thing for your team and guests
• Be accountable for the successful operation of the pub when deputising for the GM
• Bring previous experience in a like-for-like Assistant/ Deputy Manager role in a similar/ branded environment
