Marston’s Gospel Oak in Tipton is seeking a Deputy Manager to join our lively pub team. You’ll step up in the absence of the General Manager, leading from the front to deliver memorable guest experiences and support the team across shifts.

• Experience as a deputy/assistant manager in a branded pub environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in achieving financial and business KPIs.
• Inspire and motivate the pub team on every shift.
• Be passionate about doing the right thing for the team and guests.
• Be accountable for the successful operation of the pub when deputising for the GM.
• Bring previous experience in a like-for-like Assistant/Deputy Manager role in a similar/branded environment.
