Halfords in Taunton is seeking a Deputy Manager to support the Store Manager and run the shop in their absence. You will lead a customer-focused team in a fast-paced retail environment, drive sales, and ensure high service standards.

Qualifications

• A year of managerial experience in a retail sales environment.
• Proven track record in coaching and managing colleagues.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
