Halfords is seeking a Deputy Manager to support the Store Manager and ensure smooth operation in a fast-paced retail environment. You will lead by example, drive sales, coach colleagues, and uphold health and safety standards.

This role involves scheduling, performance coaching, delivering excellent customer service, and contributing to an inclusive store culture. The successful candidate will have at least one year of retail management experience and strong communication skills.
