Job summary

Halfords Group PLC in Lisburn is seeking a Deputy Manager to support the Store Manager and run daily store operations. You’ll drive sales, coach the team, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
