The Store:
We are looking for a skilled and talented Deputy Manager to lead a team in our Brand Flag Meadowhall Store.
As our Deputy Manager, you will lead and inspire a large team to deliver great results through your commerciality, collaboration, resilience and being customer obsessed, while also being dedicated to curating a unique and stylish store for fashion-forward individuals and providing exceptional customer service. Our Brand Flag store is a destination for trendsetters seeking the latest fashion must-haves.
The Role:
In your shopping centre store, you will lead your team to create a customer-obsessed atmosphere. You will deliver a shopping experience that helps our customers express their individuality, personality and unique style through fashion. You will support your team to deliver results while having fun along the way!
You will be fully accountable for your store's performance, working alongside your Territory Leader and Visual Coach to identify opportunities impacting KPI’s, customer service, team development, and sales – playing to win!
