Marston’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team in Corby. You’ll lead from the front, support the General Manager, and motivate a high-performing pub team to deliver memorable guest experiences.

You’ll drive KPI delivery, manage shifts, and uphold people-first values. The Aspire programme offers a clear path to a General Manager role, with a range of benefits and delivery of a friendly, energetic workplace.

Formación

• Experience in a like-for-like Assistant/ Deputy Manager role in a branded environment.
• Passion for leading and motivating a pub team and delivering great guest experiences.
• Proven ability to drive financial and KPI performance.
