Marston’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our home-area pub team. You’ll step up when the General Manager isn’t around, leading from the front to create memorable experiences that bring guests back.

The role focuses on driving financial and KPI results, motivating staff across shifts, and upholding high standards for guests and teams. Aspire progression opportunities underpin a supportive, people-led environment.

Qualificações

• Experience leading a pub/restaurant team in a branded environment.
• Ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
• Strong focus on guest experience and operating KPI delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Support the GM in achieving financial and business KPI’s

• Be passionateabout doing the right thing for your team and guests
• Be accountable for the successful operation of the pub when deputising for the GM
• Bring previous experience in a like-for-like Assistant/ Deputy Manager role in a similar/ branded environment
