Job summary

Marston’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our pub team in a role that supports the General Manager, leads from the front, and delivers memorable guest experiences. You’ll help drive financial and operational KPIs while motivating a diverse team across shifts.

With progression opportunities through our Aspire programme, you’ll have the chance to grow into a General Manager role as you develop in a lively, people-focused environment that rewards performance with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Assistant/Deputy Manager in a like-for-like branded environment.
• Ability to lead and motivate a pub team.
• Passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
