Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Deputy Manager at the Spread Eagle to support the General Manager in day-to-day operations and to inspire the team to deliver memorable guest experiences.

You'll train and guide your team, model exceptional hospitality, and drive service quality while aiming for business targets. The role suits leaders who value teamwork, guest care, and a welcoming pub atmosphere.

Job description

As Deputy Manager at the Spread Eagle, you’ll support the General Manager to lead a successful site. You’ll use your experience to inspire team members, and work together to provide guests with an experience they won’t forget.
