Mitchells & Butler s PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager at the Spread Eagle to support the General Manager, lead a team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will mentor staff, train the team, and ensure smooth daily operations in a welcoming Vintage Inns setting.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day‑to‑day operations of the venue.
• Train, motivate and lead the team to deliver high‑quality food and service.
• Act as Duty Manager when the GM is unavailable and ensure smooth service.
• Drive guest satisfaction and create WOW moments for guests.
