Job summary

Harbour Healthcare is seeking a Deputy Care Home Manager in Plymouth. You will lead the home, support the Home Manager, and deliver person-centred care with dignity and clinical excellence.

You’ll be hands-on, visible, and proactive—creating a positive environment for residents, families and staff. As a nurse with leadership experience, you will guide a 60+ bed home, ensuring high standards and continuous improvement.

• Must have leadership experience in a 60+ bed care home.
• Strong background in dementia and general nursing care.
• Confident knowledge of CQC regulations.
