Harbour Healthcare is seeking a Qualified Deputy Home Manager to lead a care home in Glossop. You will bring extensive dementia and general nursing home experience, directing local teams to uphold exceptional resident care and compliance with regulatory standards.

You will engage with residents, families and community partners, shaping a compassionate, person-centred culture while driving continuous service improvements and staff development.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a 40+ bedded home in dementia and general nursing.
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams in a person-centred care environment.
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance.
• Enhanced DBS check requirement.

About you:

We are looking for Deputy Home Manager who has managed in a minimum of a 40 bedded home specializing in the care of Dementia and General Nursing and has experience in leading and managing teams within a Person-centered Care environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong operational background.
