Harbour Healthcare is seeking a Deputy Care Home Manager (Nurse Qualified) at Barrington Lodge Care Home in Bishop Auckland. You will lead the home and support the Home Manager to deliver outstanding, person-centred care with a hands-on, visible leadership style.

We seek a Registered Nurse with leadership experience in 60+ bed settings, strong dementia care background, and thorough knowledge of CQC regulations.

About The Role

As Deputy Care Home Manager, you’ll play a vital role in leading the home and supporting the Home Manager to deliver outstanding, person-centred care. You’ll guide and inspire your team, ensuring residents receive the highest standards of dignity, respect, and clinical excellence.

You’ll be hands-on, visible, and proactive—creating a positive environment for residents, families, and staff alike.
