Job summary

Harbour Healthcare Limited is seeking a Deputy Care Home Manager to lead a busy nursing and residential home and support the Home Manager in delivering outstanding, person-centred care with dignity and clinical excellence.

You will be hands-on, visible, and proactive, inspiring your team and building strong relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals while driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a 60+ bed care home.
• Strong background in dementia and general nursing care.
• Confident knowledge of CQC regulations.
• A natural leader who motivates and develops teams.
