Job summary

Sanctuary Care is inviting applications for a Deputy Manager at Penberthy House Residential Care Home in Newquay. The role supports the Home Manager, leading a team to deliver person-centred care at a 40-hour-per-week pace, with a salary of £40,144 per annum.

You will build strong resident and family relationships, drive a positive culture, and lead staff through daily operations while promoting the organisation’s values and high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Clinical experience in a nursing setting.
• Supportive leadership style that brings out the best in others.
• Warm, approachable and able to build strong relationships.
• Confidence working as part of a team in a busy care environment.
• Full driving licence, with access to a vehicle desirable.
