Job summary

Sanctuary Care is seeking a Deputy Manager for Redannick Residential and Nursing Home in Truro. You will support the Home Manager, lead staff to provide high-quality, personalised care, and build strong relationships with residents and families.

Clinical nursing experience and an active NMC PIN are essential for this role. The position offers a competitive annual salary of £50,502.40 with benefits and opportunities to develop within a leading not-for-profit care provider.
