Job summary

Sanctuary Care is hiring a Home Manager for Brambles Residential Care Home in Redditch. You will lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalised care, enrich residents’ lives, and ensure services meet individual care plans within a supportive, values-driven culture.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in residential or nursing care, and a commitment to high standards and continuous improvement. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are preferred.
