Job summary

Sanctuary Care Limited in Truro, Cornwall, is seeking a Deputy Manager for Redannick Residential and Nursing Home. The role focuses on supporting the Home Manager, guiding staff, and delivering high-quality care to residents.

The ideal candidate will have clinical experience in a nursing setting and a valid NMC PIN, with a passion for building strong relationships and fostering a warm, inclusive culture across the home. This is a 40-hour-per-week role.

Your role

• Support the Home Manager with the day-to-day running of the home
• Lead and guide colleagues to deliver personalised, high-quality care
• Build trusted relationships with residents, families and colleagues

Your skills

• Clinical experience in a nursing setting
• Valid NMC PIN
• Supportive leadership style that brings out the best in others
• Warm, approachable and able to build strong relationships
• Confidence working as part of a team in a busy care environment
• Full driving licence, with access to a vehicle desirable
