Hickory's Smokehouse is seeking a Deputy Manager in the UK to become Head of Department for the Bar, Restaurant or Team, driving service excellence at our busy site.

You will lead by example, uphold our culture and standards, and help deliver a southern-style BBQ menu. The role offers a competitive up-to-£43,000 salary plus Tip Jar and access to our Training Academy for progression.
