Job summary

Shepherd Neame is seeking a Deputy Manager at The Crown Inn, Chislehurst, Kent. You will be the General Manager’s second-in-command, overseeing day-to-day operations and leading the team to deliver exceptional hospitality and guest experiences.

You will be hands-on in operations, contributing to staff development, cost control, and service excellence while upholding company standards and safety regulations.

Where You’ll Be Working

Located in the popular village of Chislehurst, Kent, the Crown Inn dates back to 1874. The historic pub offers seven stylish en-suite guest letting rooms, many boasting stunning views over Chislehurst Common, together with a fine range of food and drink.
