Lantana, a collection of Australian-founded restaurants in London, is hiring a Deputy Manager to support the General Manager and lead a busy restaurant.

You will train junior teams, manage shifts, and ensure top-quality service while promoting a positive, collaborative culture. This role offers opportunities for growth within a vibrant hospitality group in central London.

• Experience in a similar role as deputy/ senior manager in hospitality.
• Ability to train junior teams and promote quality service.

We are currently recruiting for a Deputy Manager to join us; could it be you?

We are looking to find a senior manager who has previous experience of supporting a General Manager to train junior teams, run a spotless restaurant and promote top quality and efficient service.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead with Confidence: Manage shifts with a balance of control and relaxation, ensuring smooth operations.
• Build and Inspire: Recruit, motivate, train, and retain a passionate and skilled team.
• Drive Excellence: Take accountability for customer satisfaction, team safety, and financial health.
• Support Your General Manager : Collaborate closely to maintain the high standards of our restaurant and step into their shoes when they take a deserved break.
