Job summary

Lantana, a London-based, Australian-inspired restaurant group, is seeking a Deputy Manager to support the General Manager, train junior staff, and maintain spotless service with top-quality standards. You will lead shifts with confidence, recruit and develop a passionate team, and drive customer satisfaction and financial health while stepping into the GM’s shoes during breaks.

You must have right to work in the UK, with priority for London residents.

Job description

We are currently recruiting for a Deputy Manager to join us; could it be you?

We are looking to find a senior manager who has previous experience of supporting a General Manager to train junior teams, run a spotless restaurant and promote top quality and efficient service.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead with Confidence: Manage shifts with a balance of control and relaxation, ensuring smooth operations.
• Build and Inspire: Recruit, motivate, train, and retain a passionate and skilled team.
• Drive Excellence: Take accountability for customer satisfaction, team safety, and financial health.
• Support Your General Manager : Collaborate closely to maintain the high standards of our restaurant and step into their shoes when they take a deserved break.
