Platinum Recruitment Consultancy in Windsor is seeking a Deputy Manager to support the General Manager and lead a 12-strong front-of-house team in a busy, food-led pub.

You'll drive service standards, manage shifts, coach staff and focus on delivering excellent guest experiences while growing the business.

Qualifications

• At least three years of hospitality management experience in a busy restaurant, quality pub or similar food-led environment.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent food and beverage knowledge.
• Proactive and commercially aware approach.

Your new role

As Deputy Manager, you'll support the General Manager with the daily running of the business in Windsor. You'll lead service, develop the team and act as a key point of contact for guests while helping the pub operation grow commercially.
