Job summary

Harpers Steakhouse Southampton is hiring a Deputy Manager to lead the front-of-house team alongside the General Manager. The role focuses on driving sales, controlling labour costs and delivering outstanding guest experiences in a busy hospitality environment.

The successful candidate will manage budgets, forecast staffing needs and develop teams to meet high standards, with opportunities for progression towards General Manager in Upham Inns’ growing portfolio.

• Strong commercial and financial awareness.

What you'll be doing -

Working alongside the General Manager, you'll help lead the pub and make sure everything runs brilliantly.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading, motivating and developing the FOH team
• Driving sales, profit and operational performance
