Job summary

Harpers Steakhouse in Southampton is seeking a Deputy Manager to help lead the pub and ensure guest experiences are outstanding. You will work closely with the General Manager to supervise front-of-house operations and drive performance, profitability and service standards.

Ideal candidates will have Deputy Manager-level hospitality experience, strong leadership, budget awareness and a passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Deputy Manager or similar hospitality role.
• Proven track record of leading successful teams.
• Strong commercial and financial awareness.
• Experience with budgets, labour controls and forecasting.
• Excellent communication and people skills.

What you'll be doing

Working alongside the General Manager, you'll help lead the pub and make sure everything runs brilliantly.
