Job summary

Home Bargains is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead on the shop floor, support the team, and keep the store running smoothly in a fast-paced discount retail environment.

You will motivate colleagues, handle customer queries, and step in during busy moments to ensure customers enjoy shopping and brands are delivered at bottom prices every day.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising small to medium-sized teams in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment.
• Ability to prioritise and organise work and manage daily store tasks.
• Strong focus on customer experience and store standards.
• Proven leadership skills and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

Package Salary & Hours £34,551 FTE 44 hours per week Employee Benefits Full-time employees receive 28 days of annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays), increasing to 33 days after 5 years of service.

Annual leave is pro-rated for part-time or alternative working arrangements.
