Job summary

Home Bargains in Barnstaple is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead on the shop floor, coach teams and drive excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You'll motivate and develop staff, manage daily tasks and ensure store standards, while delivering strong weekly sales and a great shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising small to medium-sized teams in fast-paced retail or hospitality environments.

• Lead by example, lift the team: As a hands-on leader, you'll set the tone on the shop floor, motivating your team, jumping in where needed, and making sure everyone feels supported. Your energy and guidance help create a workplace where people enjoy coming to work and customers love to shop.
