Job summary

Home Bargains is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead on the shop floor, motivate the team, and ensure the store runs smoothly in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will coach staff, deliver excellent customer service, manage daily tasks, and contribute to developing the next generation of Home Bargains leaders.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising small to medium-sized teams in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment
• Proven ability to lead teams to achieve high weekly sales targets
• Confidence in supporting recruitment, training, and day-to-day team development
• A strong understanding of store priorities, standards, and customer service expectations
