Home Bargains in Aylesbury is seeking a hands-on Team Leader to support the store management team, supervise staff, and ensure the store runs smoothly. You’ll lead by example on the shop floor,keeping shelves stocked, aisles tidy, and the environment welcoming for customers.

The role offers development opportunities within a fast-paced, discount retail setting, with a focus on delivering great service and meeting store standards.
