Job summary

Little Owl at Vintage Inns in Coleshill Heath, England, is seeking a Duty Manager to work with the General Manager to lead the team and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You'll oversee daily operations, coach your team to pride in service, and act as a role model to drive guest satisfaction and business targets while upholding brand standards.

This is a hands-on leadership role with flexible shifts and staff development opportunities.

• Experience managing a team in hospitality.
• Ability to train and inspire staff to deliver excellent service.
• Strong guest-service orientation with a proactive attitude.

As Duty Manager at the Little Owl , you'll work alongside the General Manager to lead your team to success. You'll oversee all areas of the business, making sure provide guests with an experience that keeps them coming back for more.
