Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers is seeking an Assistant Manager at The Cuckoo to support the General Manager in daily operations and lead a friendly, customer-focused team. You will mentor staff, ensure consistency in service and play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience across food and drink.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a hospitality setting.
• Ability to train and motivate staff to deliver excellent guest service.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proven reliability and a proactive, hands-on leadership approach.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Act as Duty Manager when the GM is absent.
• Inspire and develop team members to deliver great food, drink and service.
• Lead by example to create WOW moments that keep guests coming back.
