Qualifications

  • Experience managing remote/off-site stockrooms and large teams in high-turnover environments is preferred.
  • Previous experience at Operations Manager level or as a deputy/medium store manager is desirable.

Responsibilities

What We Are Looking For...
  • Deliver all operational aspects of the store – managing stockrooms, remote storage, containers, and back of house areas, ensuring they are maintained to a high standard according to company guidelines. Liaise with your Store Manager to ensure appropriate capacity and manage stock effectively. Oversee deliveries and ensure team productivity in replenishment and report analysis.
  • Conduct daily floor walks of stockrooms, remote storage, and back of house areas, delegating tasks and setting priorities with your team.
  • Oversee Health & Safety requirements, including fire safety and safety checks, and escalate concerns as needed to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers.
  • Manage Loss Prevention initiatives, protect profit through proper stock management, transfers, and team engagement to deter theft. Support stocktakes planning and implementation.
  • Ensure effective management of sale launches and support sales and profit maximization efforts. Engage with customers to enhance their experience.
  • Work independently, communicate effectively, and demonstrate strong leadership skills.
  • Be passionate about delivering a world-class customer experience.
  • Plan and organize effectively, with a proven track record of reducing stock loss.
  • Experience managing remote/off-site stockrooms and large teams in high-turnover environments is preferred.
  • Previous experience at Operations Manager level or as a deputy/medium store manager aiming for larger environments is desirable.
