Deputy Manager – St Albans Nursing Home

Location: Cardiff CF24 2NT

Salary: £45,000 per annum

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Visa sponsorship is not available

We’re looking for a dedicated Deputy Manager to join our team at St Albans Nursing Home, a warm and welcoming service that’s been supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs since 1990.

Set in a homely environment with comfortable lounges, a sensory room, private courtyard, and dedicated treatment areas, St Albans focuses on supporting individuals to live fulfilling and independent lives through meaningful activity and compassionate care.

As Deputy Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading the team, ensuring high standards of care, and supporting people to flourish in a place they call home. You'll work closely with the Home Manager to guide staff, manage resources, and uphold regulatory standards.

What we’re looking for

  • A Registered Nurse with an active NMC pin
  • Experience in care leadership and supporting adults with complex needs
  • A positive, values-led approach with a passion for high-quality care
  • A strong commitment to delivering person-centred care
  • Familiarity with CIW and RISCA regulations
  • Passion for leadership, team development, and driving quality care
