As a Deputy Ward Manager (RMN/RNLD) , you will:

  • Provide senior nursing leadership in support of the Clinical Lead and Unit Manager.
  • Demonstrate clinical and leadership expertise to support the nursing team.
  • Adapt to changes and evolving service needs.
  • Deputise in the absence of the ward manager.
