Job summary

Home Bargains in Eastbourne is seeking a Store Leader to guide daily operations, support a busy team, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. As a Team Leader, you will supervise colleagues, train new staff, and ensure shelves are well-stocked and standards are met.

This full-time, permanent role offers development opportunities within a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on service excellence and team performance across shifts.
