HC-One Ltd. is seeking a Deputy Home Manager to oversee resident care in the Home Manager's absence, providing specialist nursing support and coaching to the team.

A valid NMC pin and knowledge of the National Standards are essential to deliver person-centred care across our dementia, residential and specialist services. You will mentor colleagues, manage time effectively, maintain meaningful records, and uphold safeguarding responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Valid NMC Pin and knowledge of National Standards and the NMC code of practice.
• Background in person-centred care planning within a care home.
• Mentoring, time management and record-keeping abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist nursing support and advice.
• Take responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager’s absence.
• Supervise and coach colleagues to deliver compassionate care.
