HC-One is seeking a Deputy Home Manager to ensure care meets high standards and to cover the Home Manager in their absence. You will supervise and coach colleagues to deliver empathetic, person-centered care that respects each resident's story.

You will apply knowledge of National Standards, mentor staff, manage time effectively and keep meaningful records, communicating with residents and colleagues with genuine kindness to support Dementia, Residential, and Specialist care homes.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of National Standards and person-led care planning in a care home.
• Ability to mentor, manage time effectively and keep meaningful records.
• Brilliant, positive energy and ability to get along with people.
