HC-One Ltd. is seeking a Deputy Home Manager to ensure compassionate, person-centred care and to support the Home Manager in day-to-day operations. You will mentor colleagues, coordinate care planning, and promote excellence in service delivery across dementia, residential and specialist care settings.

You will value kindness, demonstrate strong time management, and maintain detailed records while building positive relationships with residents, families, and the care team.

Competenze

• Knowledge of National Standards.
• Background in person-led care planning within a care home.
• Brilliant, positive energy with strong people skills.
• Ability to mentor, coach and supervise colleagues.
