Agincare in Leicestershire, Staffordshire and Nottinghamshire is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead our Supported Living services across multiple homes. You will work with the Registered Manager to provide leadership and ensure high-quality, person-centred care for individuals with learning disabilities and related needs.

The role requires knowledge of the care sector, CQC standards, and prior leadership of a care team.

Formación

• Right to work in the UK for a minimum of 12 months.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Knowledgeable of the care sector, preferably in supported living.
• Good knowledge of the CQC KLOE and regulatory frameworks.
• Leadership experience overseeing a team of support workers.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Registered Manager and provide leadership across services.
• Induction and supervision of staff; support to the team.
• Complete care audits and develop person-centred care plans.
• Liaise with families, care professionals and social workers.
• Monitor, report and investigate safeguarding risks; mitigate where possible.
• Maintain up-to-date administrative records (care notes, medication charts, meetings).
