Salary: Up to £47,000 per annum

Hours: Full-time (mix of clinical and supernumerary shifts)

We are seeking an experienced nurse or a motivated individual ready to advance their career to join our team at a 40-bedded nursing home in Cardiff, part of an award-winning care organization known for excellence in person-centered care.

About the Role

As Clinical Deputy Manager, you will support the Home Manager in daily operations, uphold high standards of care, lead by example in clinical support and oversight, and help develop the team while working closely with staff, residents, and families.

What We’re Looking For
