Salary: £34,000.00 to £40,000.00 per annum DOE

As Deputy Home Manager, you’ll support the Home Manager with the management of the home. Specifically, you’ll be responsible for rota planning, employee recruitment, induction, and mandatory training, ensuring that the needs of our residents are recognized, assessed, and met where possible. You’ll also monitor and manage individual employee performance to uphold standards, addressing issues through appropriate channels.
Henlow Court, located in a residential area of Dursley, offers high-quality, compassionate, and trusted residential, nursing, and respite care to 40 residents. The home is situated in a quiet residential area within walking distance of shops and amenities.

About you:
You’ll have a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) and be willing to work towards Level 4 or 5. Additionally, you’ll have previous management experience in an elderly care setting, a proactive team attitude, and some marketing and finance experience to help grow occupancy and manage costs. You should have excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, and a commitment to promoting high standards of care.
