About The Role

As a Deputy Home Manager, you’ll ensure the level of care we offer exceeds professional standards, statutory, regulatory, and legal requirements. You will take responsibility for resident care in the absence of the Home Manager and supervise/coaching colleagues to provide an empathetic service that prioritizes resident issues.

About You

HC-One seeks a Deputy Home Manager with knowledge of National Standards and experience in person-led care planning within a care home. Your positive energy, ability to mentor, manage time effectively, and keep meaningful records are essential. When communicating with residents or colleagues, you’ll be considerate and kind.
