Job Description:

An award-winning Build to Rent (BTR) developer and operator is seeking an experienced Residential Property / Portfolio Manager to join their growing team. This is a new role for the business and a rare opportunity to help set up and implement your own procedures.

You will be leading on the lettings, property, and block management functions of two BTR apartment buildings in Leeds and Sheffield. You must be able to travel to both locations and can be based at either one.

Experience in the living sectors (residential, BTR, PBSA, etc.) and ARLA or IRPM qualifications are strongly preferred. Salary and package will depend on experience, likely in the region of £35,000-£55,000+Bonus.
