As Care Home Clinical Deputy Manager at Harbour Healthcare, you'll support the delivery of the quality care we're known for. Working closely with the Home Manager and taking on leadership duties in their absence, you can expect to help with everything from ensuring care standards to motivating your team. You'll inspire the team to ensure residents enjoy the best possible quality of life by leading by example, monitoring standards through regular audits, supervised clinical practice, and regulatory compliance checks. ABOUT YOU
To join us as a Care Home Deputy Manager & Clinical Lead, you'll need to be a Registered Nurse (RN/RMN) with current NMC registration and mentoring/supervision experience. Experience in supporting residents with various health needs is important, as is a successful track record with safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments. An understanding of person-centred care and positive behavioural support is also essential. You should be compassionate, resilient, and committed to delivering quality care in an engaging and energetic environment.
